NVQ level 2 course develops the IT, work and communication skills needed to carry out admin responsibilities at work. The course is open to beginners and those experienced in admin but without a qualification. Class-room based learning is mixed with a work experience placement to improve and practice skills.
Security Training
Enjoy working with the public? Want to work within the security industry? Our Door Supervisor course is suitable for men and women. This short four-day course delivers all you need to know about the roles and responsibilities of a Door Supervisor. A licence to work within the industry may also be gained upon successful completion
Health and Social Care
Want to work in the care industry? Join our NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care and develop a clear understanding of how to create a safe and healthy environment for yourself and others. Class-based training is coupled with a work experience placement within a care organisation. Complete the training and become a qualified Care Assistant.
Customer Care
Want to work within the retail industry? This course will help you to gain the skills needed to work confidently and professionally with the general public. This course is open to men and women and includes communication and team work tips, customer service skills and interview techniques.
